2. Objects and content involved
1. Involved departments: refers to all the departments under the branches and departments of the entire group, not only the production department, but also various departments such as office, finance, warehouse, operation, etc.
2. Job skills content: skills in a broad sense, not only refers to the job operation skills of front-line production employees, but also includes other job skills of other employees (including administrative staff), such as financial billing ability, calculation ability, etc. Office staff The ability of typing and employee communication, warehouse personnel's ability to find goods, calculation ability, etc., team leader's communication and management ability, etc., business personnel's customer development ability, negotiation ability, etc.
3. Implement various measures
1. Each department sorts out the basic skills and abilities most needed by the department's post according to the post's powers and responsibilities, work content, departmental relationship, and competency. The personnel of each branch is responsible for the coordination of personnel. (Nothing will be sorted out, and some will be supplemented and improved) to form written texts as a basis for testing whether employees are competent for their positions.
2. The job skills of new employees must be tested, and the apprentices must pass, help, lead, and train in a targeted manner; new skilled workers should guide and train on the standardization of their operations, and form a system.
3. Each department conducts a test on the job skills or basic post ability of all subordinate employees at least once a year. The specific test content is carried out by each department in combination with different objects; the test arrangement and results of each department shall be reported to the general manager of the branch (department), and each department.
