The general managers of the branches (departments) of the group and the directors of the three entities jointly attended the meeting. The meeting lasted 8 hours, and the content ranged from the development direction of the company to the specific production and operation management, investment and financial management, trade-in technical transformation, energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental sanitation, service cooperation, teamwork, supervision and inspection, etc. According to the plan, by the end of this year, there will be hundreds of plans for unconventional product development, customer complaints and product quality, and more than 30 equipment technical transformation plans for service product quality and development will be implemented.
