According to the data report of the Chengbang workshop, the post-spinning grade rate exceeded the assessment index by 98.7% in September, October and November, with an average of 99% and above, showing good performance.
Director Lu of Post Spinning said that there are many factors that affect the grade rate, which can be said to be all-round. According to the situation of our company, the black silk and cations produced by the pre-production spinning are the most influential, which are positively correlated. In the past three months, due to the influence of many factors, the performance of cation was not very good, but the performance of black silk was excellent. During this period of time, the quality of black silk produced by our factory has steadily increased, which has greatly promoted the recovery of the post-spinning grade rate. The market supply and demand environment is also a secondary factor. For our post-spinning, focusing on mass production of a single variety is beneficial to the improvement of the grade rate. Because it takes a transition time for batch production to stabilize, the larger the amount, the more stable it is. For example, we have produced 500t of a 200D product, and the grade rate is also relatively good from the data point of view. Another is that the 150D high F output is also proportional to the grade rate. The post-spinning is also a processing workshop, and the quality of the finished product is directly affected by the quality of the raw silk. In addition, we process the trip wire and stiff wire products above 150D due to production first, and then rewind the drum, which can also increase the grade rate by 0.5% compared with the previous direct downgrade. This year, the management of standardized employee operations has also benefited us a lot. In addition, due to the solid foundation of the company, under the fierce competition, the quality and stability of the employees recruited by our department are relatively good. Under the action of the above factors, such a good result was created before.
