Middle and senior managers participate in the "Team is King" training

On the evening of August 3, the high-level team of the Group led the teams of each branch (department) to participate in the "Team is King" training activity organized by the Human Resources Department of the Group. Specially invited Yang Yang, senior lecturer of Times Guanghua, to give lectures. With his rich workplace experience, Mr. Yang fully mobilized everyone's enthusiasm, and the atmosphere of the on-site activities was high.

Through the previous survey questionnaire, this training activity is mainly carried out from three aspects: team leadership, team communication and team cohesion. Based on his personal experience and practical experience, Mr. Yang taught the team spirit with Xingfa characteristics, which resonated with everyone and won praise. In order to enrich the teaching methods and concentrate everyone's attention, games and video teaching are run through the middle.

This team training is a vivid demonstration of the group's spirit of team documentation. Most of the middle and senior managers gave good feedback, saying that through this training, they have improved their further understanding of team communication and leadership, learned more practical communication skills with employees, and have a deeper understanding of the meaning of the team.
