In order to standardize various types of accounts receivable, the Group makes the following provisions for employees to borrow money from the company due to special family circumstances:
1. If an employee needs to borrow money from the company in stages due to the special circumstances of his family, he or she should first make a request to the general manager of the branch where he belongs. The borrower shall indicate the purpose and repayment plan in the loan application form (in a certain period of time, submit the copy of the invoice or other vouchers for the loan purpose to the Finance Department as an attachment to the loan application form), so that it can be truly used for some of the employee's family. Under special circumstances, borrowing for other purposes is strictly prohibited.
2. At the end of the year, the Finance Department will notify the borrowers in writing, indicating the loan time, amount, and the deduction amount of the work award at the end of the year (the borrower will explain the situation to the general manager and fill in the blank column after agreeing). This kind of loan can really be recycled for the employees in need to solve the difficulties.
3. If the employee borrows more than 50,000 yuan, it shall be reported to the general manager of the group for approval.
4. These regulations shall be implemented from January 8, 2009.
