2010 has come. Looking back on 2009, "Xingfa" has always been on the track of sustainable development, and we have achieved fruitful results in ordinary times. To this end, in order to thank everyone for their hard work over the past year and congratulate all employees in the New Year, the Group specially held the "Group 2009 Year-end Party" event. The specific notice is as follows:

1. Time: February 4, 2010 (21st December of the lunar calendar), starting on time at 18:00 in the evening.

2. Location: Juying Hall on the second floor of Qianqing Yongtong Resort.

3. Participants:

1. All the staff of the trading company, and the staff of the two covered silk factories.

2. Managers above the team leader and all administrative staff.

3. Old employees of AIA Spandex who have worked for more than 3 years; old employees of Chengbang Chemical Fiber who have worked for more than 4 years; AIA polyester self-defined personnel. (Deadline for working age: December 31, 2009)

4. Outstanding personnel of each block in 2009.

1. For the list of participants, please report to the group company before January 31 at the branch offices.

2. Seating arrangement: Tables are divided by branch offices, with 10 people per table and at least one middle and high-level table leader.

3. Each branch office arranges the list of personnel at each table and the total number of tables, and reports to the group company and makes specific arrangements.

4. Wang Zaolin is in charge of the arrangement of wine and food; Shen Quan is in charge of photography; Wang Loubin is in charge of: on-site arrangement and coordination.

5. Each branch will make vehicle arrangements before and after the party, and each office is responsible for coordination.
