It has attracted much attention before it has been fully developed, and its influence is far-reaching. But we know that in the early stage of development and production, there was one failure, and only the second one succeeded. In your opinion, what are the main reasons for the previous failure and the current success? What do we gain from it?

Answer: The main reason for the failure of the early stage development is not enough attention and not enough attention to customer needs. After the discussion at the special meeting, in the secondary development, it must be more important than before, and also have experience, and go out to others to do it. We have learned from the best factories and adjusted our craftsmanship, which should be considered developed by now. When it comes to harvesting, there must be a lot. Question 2: According to my preliminary understanding, both entities have participated in the development of this new product. How much manpower and material resources did we invest in PBT production this time? How much do you plan to produce? How much profit can be guaranteed? How much benefit will it bring to the enterprise?

A: Combining the two entity companies, there were 6 machines in total, and each machine was equipped with an employee. Currently, Chengbang has produced 50 tons and AIA 100 tons. According to the demand, we are still trial-producing other specifications of PBT.

Question 3: We all know that "popularity" or "demand" is like a gust of wind, and it is impossible to keep up with the gust of wind. How long do you think the gust of wind will blow?

A: (laughs) The weather vane of the market is very sensitive. In the era of overcapacity and big data, the popular cycle is getting shorter and shorter, because the time for everyone to capture the market foreword information is about the same. As far as PBT is concerned, since we have been producing for a month, as you mentioned above, the production is also decreasing, and the market demand is approaching saturation. But everyone is trying to find a way to make this gust of wind blow longer. Since its finished product potential is mainly used in imitation rabbit sweaters, this will no longer be produced in March or April next year. If you use it on the knitting machine, you can break the limitations of the season.

Q4: As a representative of new products, PBT has been recognized by our company. What conditions must be met for new products on the market in the future before they can be produced in our company? What is your standard of judgment? How to measure?

A: In fact, when it comes to new products, basically they will not be profitable. However, our company has certain standards for some choices to be developed and some not to be developed. In the end, we hope to make some profit, so the new products we develop now are all trial production, firstly to maintain the source of customers, and secondly, also for us Be prepared for future orders. The company's new product development requirements for salesmen or other personnel should follow the prescribed process. First of all, your customers must be old customers of our company's long-term cooperation. Second, the new product proposed must have a certain attraction. It is our own What we also want to do, such as the current PBT, happens to be the product we want to make when the customer proposes it, and it becomes a hit. In addition, in the new product sample, the salesman is required to fill in the application form, marking the sample specification, completion date, number of pieces, important requirements and applicable machine range. For the sampled products, a certain sample tip will be charged according to the type and weight of the wire.
