The Group's first outdoor development training activity for team leaders was successfully held in Jinghu Wetland Park

At 13:00 pm on June 15th, the first "Outdoor Development Training for Team Leaders" organized by the Group Office officially started in Jinghu Wetland Park. A total of 33 team leaders from the two entity branches participated in the event. The activity consisted of morale display, eyebrow-raising sticks, and trust-back throwing projects. Through half-day outreach training, the team leaders said that they not only narrowed the emotional distance between the two branches, but also improved team leadership and execution. The "Back Fall" project helped them build trust and trust among colleagues, especially with new colleagues, which is conducive to the development of work. This time not only expanded and trained physical fitness, but also expanded and trained their own thinking and concepts.
