Specifically, such as: replenishment of AIA personnel, follow-up of production and sales, stability of product style, emphasis and sales of some salespeople on unconventional products, market information capture, collection and timely adjustment of product prices, and timely product knowledge of salespeople Training, technical transformation and full play of equipment, strengthening of product advertising and so on.
3. The role of the general manager of Xingji Company has been improved, and he is in charge of the work related to operation and production. He is more independent and considers and specifically focuses on all aspects of the work of Xingji Company.
4. How do Chengbang and AIA think of ways to improve the stability of front-line employees. "Xiongguan is really like iron, and now it's gone from scratch!"
