In 2009, the group has been very clear on different occasions: each branch, department and position should increase the promotion or refinement of the degree. To achieve this goal, it ultimately depends on each "Xingfa person" quality and level. To this end, in addition to striving for excellence in recruited personnel, we must focus on improving the overall quality of each employee already in Xingfa, so we must attach great importance to the training of personnel.
1. Clarify the personnel and implement the responsible person:
1. Each branch is organized and coordinated by the general manager, the director of each office is responsible for the training of each branch, and the supervisor is responsible for the specific training of each department; the two lines are implemented by the person in charge.
2. The assistant general manager of the group is responsible for checking the implementation of each branch and line. The specific monthly activities are listed in writing by the director of each office and the person in charge of the two lines to the assistant general manager of the group company, and sent to the general manager of the group company.
3. The implementation of personnel training shall be used as one of the basis for the evaluation of year-end work awards for relevant personnel.
2. Training requirements:
1. The training must be included in the basic work content of each person in charge.
2. According to the different training content, the office or department heads are responsible for the implementation of specific activities.
① Each office shall not be less than once a month, and each department shall not be less than twice a month.
②The contents of training activities are listed and reported to Wang Loubin of the group and sent to the general manager of the group every month. (see appendix later)
3. The content and form of training must be realistic, because in the end, it depends on the results of each piece of work, not training for the sake of training.
①The content can be: the basic situation or basic system of the group, each branch or each department, the existing problems of employees, the basic requirements or skills of the post, etc.
②The form can be: individual or small group discussion and exchange, centralized class, on-site explanation or practical demonstration, outing visit, training institution study, etc.
③ The trainer can be anyone (such as an external person, an excellent person in the relevant aspects).
