1. The selection and commendation shall be carried out from the following four aspects:

2. Harmony Award - Managers who lead by example, respect colleagues and employees, care about the work and life of the team and employees, and have high staff stability and high work efficiency in their departments and teams.
3. Improvement Award - attach importance to improvement, improve faster than the previous year in all aspects of the job, or improve in some aspects particularly obvious and effective.
4. Development Award - For corporate marketing and procurement personnel, who have a strong sense of development in new customers, new markets or new products, can actively eliminate poor and excellent development, and achieve better development performance.
3. Basic conditions
1. Those who have worked for more than one year from the date of regularization.
2. Comply with the company's rules and regulations.
4. Selection and recognition
1. The general manager of the group and each branch (department) is responsible, and the office is responsible for the specific work.
①、According to the personal summary, evaluation results, usual performance and branch evaluation results, each branch (department) will arrange the selection by itself in combination with the actual situation. The list of pre-selected personnel and the corresponding main deeds will be reported to the group (the form is attached).
②. After reporting to the group, the group and the branch will discuss and finally determine the official personnel.
③. The group commends and rewards the winners at the group year-end party, and informs the whole group.
2. The number of people in each aspect is uncertain, and it is optional. The selection and commendation of the personnel should focus on being excellent in this aspect, and everyone will recognize it.
5. Others
1. The reporting date of each branch (department) to the Group shall be before January 11.
2. The nominees reported by each branch (department) to the group may not be confirmed finally. If no award is awarded, it means that we need to continue to work hard in the coming year and should do better.
3. With the development of the group, the awards set in this notice may be adjusted, and a supplementary notice will be issued to notify you at that time.
