In order to improve employees' job skills and reduce safety accidents and product quality losses caused by skill operation mistakes, competitions are used to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for their jobs and skills; Encourage the supervisors of each department to pay more attention to the job skills of their employees, take improving the skills of their subordinate employees as an important daily work content, and strive to find ways to continuously improve the job skills of their subordinate employees in different situations. For this reason, the group will take the lead in organizing this activity every year in the future, and randomly select several departments to compete according to the relevant situation. The arrangement of this year's activities is specially notified as follows:
1. Participants
For employees who have been converted into regular positions in each branch (department) of the group, the general management department of the group randomly selects 1 to 2 departments in each branch (department) to compete.
2. Quota and method:
According to the total number of regular employees in the department, the general management department of the group will decide the number of entries in conjunction with the offices of each branch. The way to participate in the competition is voluntarily registered by employees, recommended by department heads, or randomly selected by the group according to the employee roster of the department.
3. Game time:
The competition time is tentatively estimated to be held in early November, with two to three days' notice in advance according to the production schedule.
4. Award setting:
3-5 winners of job skills. (The number of winners will be determined according to the number of participants.)
5. Competition arrangement

2. The rules of the skill competition are formulated by the heads of each department and reported to the general management department of the group for decision by the relevant personnel.
3. The referee is composed of the director of the competition department and the office director of each branch of the group to ensure fairness and justice.
4. The results of the competition will be commended and rewarded by the general management department of the group in the whole group.
5. The offices of each branch do a good job in the publicity work before and after the event.
