The team leaders and above managers from the two production entities, core operators, A total of more than 70 key mechanics and some sales staff participated in the training, and the director of AIA factory, Cheng Aiguo, was invited to give a lecture.

Based on the current market situation, Cheng Factory gave a detailed explanation from the requirements of different downstream weaving for DTY low elastic yarn physical properties, dyeing requirements, key points to be controlled in each production link, and how to control the quality. Combined with fabrics and actual customer complaints, he gave a key explanation on how to improve and improve product quality, and shared his valuable practical experience.

After the training, in order to strengthen the training effect, consolidate the knowledge and enable all staff to apply what they have learned, the Enterprise Management Department conducted an on-site theoretical test on the trainees. In this training, the relevant personnel further systematically understood the "DTY quality control knowledge" and the knowledge of downstream fabric weaving, which improved the professional level of the relevant personnel and enabled the company to take a higher level of quality management.
