For this reason, the Group has decided to set up specific incentives and deductions for the development of unconventional products. The notice is as follows:

1. Praise and reward: (object and amount)

1. Information feedback: In order to urge trading companies and production entities to be more active in researching the market, visiting customers, and consciously trying to find information on unconventional product varieties and product related content, such as individuals who have information feedback and subsequent company product development is successful. , according to the economic benefits of the variety or the degree of influence on the enterprise, the first person who responds to the variety information and opinions will be rewarded with a reward ranging from 500 yuan to 10,000 yuan.

2. Production (including the two entities and the covered silk factory): According to the combination of the difficulty of developing the variety and the economic benefits of the variety, it is determined that the production team (referring to a single) will be paid 3,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan and above. Varying rewards. The distribution target and amount of the specific rewards within the production team are determined by the branch company's own personnel involved in the development of varieties and their respective contribution levels.

3. Sales: (1) According to the sales difficulty of the variety, different higher commission rewards will be given to the sales staff according to the original 2-5 times the original sales commission per ton. (2) Reward the salesperson who opens the sales first and has the largest volume of the product in stages.

2. Error deduction: (object and amount)

For the varieties that the company decides to develop based on the objective reality of all aspects, if the varieties are not successfully developed, the production team will be deducted for errors ranging from 1,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan according to the subjective and objective factors of the unsuccessful development. The specific object and amount of deduction within the production team are determined by the branch company itself according to the personnel involved in the development of varieties and their respective responsibilities.

3. Description:

1. Unconventional products are the varieties that the group has not sold and produced before. Although some products have not been sold and produced, the production and sales mode is basically the same as the original conventional products of the same type. Products will be rewarded, but it can be included in the number of successful varieties of conventional products, which will be reflected in the end-of-year assessment.

2. The above rewards and deductions will be given specific opinions by the general manager of the corresponding branch (department), discussed and decided at the monthly meeting of the group, and will be honored when the salary of the decided month is paid.

3. Other objects and amounts that need to be rewarded and deducted will be discussed and decided by the branch (department) based on the level of contribution or responsibility.

4. This regulation will be implemented on a trial basis, and some content that needs to be more specific or needs to be adjusted will be optimized and then formally finalized.
